Our trip takes us to Guadalest. A small town in the province of Alicante. In the vicinity of the place grow pine, Nisperus, olives, Japanese medlars, carob trees, almonds. The old town is very impressive and the architecture from the Moors is still visible, along with the Christian architecture. The visit to San Jose Castle with its medieval character high on the castle rock is unique. Everyone has time to explore the town on site. At 12 noon the journey continues to the Fonts d’Algar. The beautiful springs are a place to enjoy. We will treat ourselves to a paella and have enough time to explore the springs before heading home on the coast. If there is still time and desire, we visit some typical Mediterranean ceramics shops.
